Glenn Whiddon
Mr. Glenn Whiddon has an extensive background in the natural resource sector, specifically in European and Russian oil and gas transactions and direct equity investments, and in banking and corporate advisory having worked for the Bank of New York in Sydney, Melbourne, Geneva and Moscow. Mr Whiddon was the founder of Grove Energy Limited in 2003, a European and Mediterranean focused E&P company that merged with Stratic Energy Limited in 2007 valued at US$200 million. Mr. Whiddon holds a number of board positions in Australian and international companies and has built an extensive network of investors in Europe and North America.

Jeff Schrull
Mr. Jeff Schrull is a senior oil and gas industry executive with 25 years experience in Upstream E&P. Between 2006 and 2010 he was Corporate General Manager of Exploration at Addax Petroleum, responsible for building an exploration business with an annual budget of US$500 million. During his time at Addax 32 exploration wells were drilled in Africa and the Middle East. Addax was acquired by Sinopec in August 2009 for US$9.2 billion. Prior to Addax, Mr. Schrull spent 19 years with Chevron, with his final 3 years at Chevron spent as Exploration and New Ventures Manager for West Africa.

Brett Woods
Mr. Brett Woods is a petroleum industry geoscientist with over 16 years’ industry experience, most of it international. He has significant technical expertise in evaluating and maturing both operated and non-operated exploration and development assets, principally in Australia, Africa, South East Asia and the USA.
Mr. Woods has previously worked for Woodside Energy Ltd. and more recently for Sterling Energy plc, in the UK, where he was responsible for managing that company’s considerable African oil and gas portfolio and for capturing new growth opportunities in Africa.

Chaim Lebovitz
Mr. Chaim Lebovitz is an international entrepreneur and businessman. He is the founder of C&L Natural Resources Limited and is the president and controlling shareholder of Brainstorm Cell Therapeutic, a bio-technology company. Mr. Lebovits has negotiated many successful deals on behlaf of African governments and global mining businesses. Mr. Lebovitz has previously worked for DGI Group and headed its operation in Congo and was instrumental in the development of the Nikanor copper mine.

General Manager
Robert Hall
Mr. Rob Hall has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with an extensive background in exploration and development projects in a wide variety of geographical areas including Australia, Africa and Asia. Mr Hall has served as Vice President Exploration Cepu for Mobil Oil Indonesia and was instrumental in the activity leading to the Banyuurip and Cendana oil discoveries in the prolific Cepu area. He has also held senior management, technical and operational positions for other international oil companies.
Mr Robert Hall has spent most of the last 7 years working in West Africa and East Africa in the roles of Development Manager Uganda for Hardman Resources and General Manager for Sterling Energy Pty Ltd in Mauritania, Senegal, Ghana, Gabon and Cameroon. He has joined Rialto from his most recent position as Exploration Manager, Tap Oil Limited.
Exploration Manager
Gerry Spanninga
Mr. Gerry Spanninga is a petroleum explorationist with 17 years international industry experience working on ventures in South America, Africa, Gulf of Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.
His career started in New Zealand with Fletcher Challenge Energy, working a range of exploration to development projects in the prolific onshore Taranaki Basin. In 1997, he joined Woodside Energy Ltd, working on several projects both domestically and internationally. Highlights include contributions to early exploration success at Vincent and Enfield for Woodside in the Exmouth Sub-Basin, Australia, and the evaluation and high grading of numerous exploration opportunities throughout offshore Africa and the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Most recently he was Technical Manager - Latin America, contributing to the successful entry, by Woodside Energy Ltd, into the prolific Santos Basin, Offshore Brazil in 2006.
