Key Personnel

Mr. Matt Worner is an experienced industry lawyer and Company Secretary.  He has previously acted as the Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Tap Oil Ltd and has additional experience gained through previous roles as a solicitor specialising in corporate law and corporate governance.

Mr. Patrick Garo, a French national, graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Paris majoring in Economics and Finance and holds a Master's degree in International Relations.  He has over 20 years international finance and auditing experience predominately in the oil and gas sector.  He spent over 12 years with Perenco, a leading private French oil and gas company with operations in West Africa, Europe and South America.  As group Chief Financial Officer for Perenco, Mr Garo was in charge of the finance departments of 12 subsidiaries on 4 continents as well as corporate finance, crude marketing and acquisition financing in the UK and Peru.  As General Manager for Perenco Colombia, Patrick oversaw the construction of a new gas pipeline from BP's fields, successfully negotiated an extension to the main pipeline contract with the Columbian State Government and is a former VP of the Colombian Oil Association.

Mr. Ron Nelmes has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry including over 15 years in the oil and gas industry and has expertise in financial reporting for FTSE 100 Companies, along with management reporting and budgeting.  Ron has worked as Financial Controller for Stratic Energy Corp, a Canadian listed oil and gas exploration company and as a Finance Manager for Enterprise Oil plc (Shell).

Dr. Barkham is an industry professional with 23 years oil and gas experience.  From 2002, Dr. Barkham worked at Petro Canada, where he held positions including Exploration Manager and Technical Manager.  Prior to this he spent 12 years with Enterprise Oil as a Geologist.  Dr. Barkham holds Bachelor Degrees in Geology and Zoology from the University College London, a Masters Degree from the University of Wales and a Doctorate from the University of London.

Mr Bulley has over 23 years experience as a petroleum geologist in a wide range of exploration and development settings gained through working on acreage in Australia, SE Asia, Middle East, East and West Africa, and the North Sea.  He has worked in both exploration and production environments, for Amoco, Hunt Oil, PGS, Hardman Resources, Tullow Oil and other oil companies and consultancies.  Ian holds a Bachelor Degree in Geology from University of Reading, UK and a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geology, Imperial College from the University of London and is a fellow of Geological Society of London.

Mr. Dean Criddle, is a Senior Geophysicist with 16 years international experience, gained through work on high profile exploration and development projects for Chevron.  His areas of expertise include advanced seismic data processing, seismic reservoir prediction, seismic interpretation, prospect generation and well location optimization.  He holds a First Class Honours degree in Geophysics from Curtin University and is a member of the University's Vice Chancellor list.  His expertise has been acquired while working in cutting edge technical geophysics roles, and broader earth science work fronts throughout the world.  His work as the Lead Geophysicist for the U.K. Britannia gas-condensate field had a major business impact on the Central North Sea region, including identification of new exploration and development prospects, development well location optimization and the unlocking of some stalled development projects.  Mr Criddle has been recognised for his academic and industry achievements to date with awards from Curtin University, Chevron, Britannia, ASEG, APPEA, APCRC, PESGB, PESA and the Australian Institute of Physics.
